Keauhou Punahele is located in a low traffic, quiet area of Kailua-Kona. The complex, on the 8th fairway of the Kona Country Club, is extremely well maintained with beautifully landscaped grounds and a large pool/Jacuzzi area. This large, luxury condo (1200sf) is well appointed with newer appliances in the fully furnished kitchen. The master bedroom with a walk-in closet has a Cal-King bed with twins in the second bedroom.

The master bath contains a shower/tub with a separate twin sink vanity area. The second bathroom has a shower and separated sink area. A large lanai with gas B-B-Q runs the entire with of the condo (35 ft). Patio furniture and dining table complete the lanai furnishings. The peaceful views are of the gardens, golf course, and pool area. Gentle trade winds, ceiling fans and concrete constructions keep this condo comfortable without needing air conditioning.

Even though on the second floor, there are no steps from the parking lot (a convenient feature when carrying items). Because of the low traffic, open areas, and no nearby buildings, many walking and jogging sites are available. Keauhou Bay is only a 5 minute walk.

World class golf can be found with the nearest course only a quarter mile away. A tennis complex next door offers numerous rental courts, lessons and equipment. The nearest shopping center is just a mile away with restaurants, a supermarket, drug store, gift shops, and movie complex. Great snorkeling, body boarding, and beaches are minutes away. Jack’s Diving Locker is only a 12 minute drive.

Amenities:
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances, full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, cable TV with 2 TVs, VCR and DVD players, stereo radio/ CD player, gas grill on the lanai, ceiling fans in all rooms, large beautiful pool and hot tub area, beach towels, and ice cooler. Two bicycles are available.

Rates and Reservations:
$91.00/ night low season and $107.00/ night high season plus Hawaii State taxes and exit cleaning fee. Minimum rental period 5 nights.
Low Season: 5/1 to 11/14 except during Ironman.
High Season: 11/15 to 4/30
