From our resort you can walk to the beach or to Hilton's incomparable Kohala Spa and ocean-side restaurants. Two championship golf courses and variety of imaginative Kings' Shops round out Waikoloa Resort life and are equally approachable at your own relaxed pace. Our Villa is on the garden level and has a partial ocean view.

Features of our beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa include designer furnishings, a gourmet kitchen with African mahogany cabinetry, granite counter tops and a built-in wine cabinet, dual-zone air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, central lighting controls, and an enormous master bath with separate dual head shower.

The lanai features Koa Wood cabinetry, an outdoor living/dining area, with a gourmet gas grill and rotisserie. The 9' x 18' retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow.

Kolea is a retreat with many special places such as the Beach Club Pavilion, which features a natural lava hot tub, infinity edge pool, and a children's pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. A fully equipped open-air exercise room overlooks the pool and the ocean.
