Perfect for those who don’t want to get in the car to go places. This unit is a short 4 minute walk to Jack’s Diving Locker in the Coconut Grove Marketplace. Walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner (and shopping) along the quaint Ali’i Drive waterfront. Heading south the same distance brings you to Honl’s Beach, a local favorite for surfing, snorkeling, swimming and/or laying on the beautiful white sand beach.
Each unit is a townhouse style condo (ground floor garage, 1st floor kitchen, dining, living, and bathroom with shower. The top floor is the spacious master bedroom with a California King bed, master bath with shower and two separate sink and vanity areas. Catch a glimpse of the ocean from the private upstairs balcony.
This unit is perfect for two people.
Facilities at Malia Kai include covered-assigned parking, garden with swimming pool, and a bar-b-q area.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and utensils. Dine indoors or out on the intimate lanai overlooking the pool and garden. Linens and towels are provided as well as blow dryer, iron and board. A washer and dryer are located in the unit. The master bedroom has ceiling fans and louvered windows throughout the unit. Amenities include: cable TV with DVD player in living room and master bedroom. Living room also has a VCR and a 5 disk CD player. Also provided are boogie boards, beach umbrella and chairs, some snorkeling gear, and a portable grill.
Prices: $105 per night (3 night minimum) plus Hawaii tax – 11.167%
