ROYAL SEA CLIFF #423

The ROYAL SEA CLIFF condominium is an oceanfront complex with beautiful tropical gardens, streams and waterfalls through the center courtyard. It is located about 1 mile south from Jack's Diving Locker on Ali'i Drive. The entry to the complex is the 5th floor and the building is terraced down towards the ocean. The unit is on the 4th floor (which is one level below the road) and has a partial ocean view from the private lanai and is quiet - no traffic or construction noise - only the sound of the waves. Sunsets can be seen from the lanai from April to October.

The complex has two oceanfront swimming pools (fresh and salt water), sauna, jet spa, tennis court, entertainment pavilion, BBQ grills, underground parking (reserved space) and elevators. The entire complex is NON-SMOKING.

Unit #423 is privately owned and is managed by BG Johnson. The unit has central air conditioning and new carpeting. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot & grinder, blender, juicer, mixer, toaster, rice cooker, fondue set, BBQ utensils, pots & pans of all sizes, bake ware, dishes, silverware & utensils and glasses of shapes). All linens & towels are provided, iron & ironing board, hair dryers and the washer/dryer are located in the unit. Beach chairs & towels, coolers, umbrella, and tennis racquet are available. There is a TV with VCR & DVD recorder, radio/CD/tape player, jigsaw puzzles, books (to take or leave) and games to use.

$130 low/$145 high season per night – 1 bedroom/1 bath

$150 low/$175 high season per night – 2 bedroom/2 bath

sleeper sofa (or aerobed) available - $10/night
plus Hawaii taxes & exit cleaning fees.
