James & Jennifer Mills, Monroeville, PA. "These guys were pure fun!"

Michael Bray, Mission Viego, CA. "Fifth and best trip to Kona. Jack's has excellent staff, very comfortable dive boat, and diving is leisurely and safe. Depth limits are usually 60 ft. or less, allowing maximum bottom times. The boat leaves at 9 AM for a two tank dive and usually returns about 2:30. Sandwiches are served and all the gear is handled by the crew. Coral is bland compared to Caribbean, lots of sea life. Computer divers allowed to dive own profile and could go deeper. Saw 2 white tips, manta rays on a night dive (spectacular!), turtles, dozens of eels, frogfish, stonefish, turkeyfish, turtles, leaf scorpion fish, lobster, crab.

Kate & Paul Kraus, Chesterfield, MO. "Amazing and awe inspiring night manta dive. Staff was excellent. Dive briefings thorough without being long winded. Staff set up all equipment or do your own. Guides good at finding the unusual. Keller video taped our dives so we ended up with a beautiful momento."

Allan Hudson, Caledonia, MI. "Manta night dive spectacular! Day dives were above average. Excellent and knowledgeable dive staff. Could use computer."

Jessica Summers, Benton, IL. Manta ray night dive spectacular. Manta put on a great show, beautiful creatures. Service was great. Keller videoed our dives; exceptional video."

Our customer's comments

Roy and Joyce Van Denburgh Dear Jack's, Thank you for giving us another wonderful SCUBA experience on the Kona Coast. This was our third diving vacation with you and it was better than ever. Your staff is so professional and friendly, no wonder your customers keep returning. Jim, in the repair department did a good job in getting our gear serviced, too. We would especially like to acknowledge the people we dived with last week, first "Handsome Jim" and Angela, the boat captains; they did a great job, especially finding the dolphins and pilot whales. Our dive guides, Elaine and David were superb leaders, taking us to interesting sites and pointing out the little "critters" we would have missed by ourselves. We especially liked the slow pace of their dives and the care they took to make the dives, special. David, the video is great, too. Then there was Marcus, or "Moose" the OSU Beaver, he added a great deal of class to our dive trips. Thanks a lot, Guys, we will be back, even if the sandwiches don't get better.

"WOW...!!!! What a GREAT experience!!!, I just finished my earning my open water certification with your instructor Doug. I can't say enough, very professional, and knowledgeable. All the divers on my 4 trips (6 dives and one night snorkel) commented that this was one the best dive operations they've been on. Thanks to all your crew and employees for such a great time. I'm recommending you to my dive club and all the divers I work with."

Scott Van Tyle, San Mateo, CA. "Dive crew outstanding! Ecology oriented. Have done 29 dives in last three years in Kona. Few problems and no complaints! Good diving with really dedicated people. Great deal."

Jeff & Babett Burleigh, Otsego, MI. "Customer oriented, safety conscience and fun. Saw first whale shark, whales, dolphins, turtles and many tropicals. Jack's serves a nice lunch. Struck out on Manta dive (great display on our last trip). Excellent, personal service."

Angela Marley, Newtowm, PA."Best diving experience I've had. Went out of their way to make sure we saw interesting sights. Spent extra time with our kids (12 an 15 years old) too. Didn't feel rushed and their excitement over certain dives like the manta rays, was contagious."
