Sven Lindemann

PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor / Sales

Bio: Sven was born and raised in Hannover Germany. He graduated and worked as an educator for 10 years in Germany, before moving to Hawai'i with his wife Sabine in 1998.

After having flown high as a pilot, Sven wanted to go in the opposite direction to explore the world below sea level. He was introduced to the magic of Scuba diving by friend, mentor and instructor Glennon Gingo until he became a PADI Dive Master. Sven has been instructing since January 2005 and has been engaged in marine environmental education and leadership camps for children and young adults with the Kohala Center Hawai'i, Jean Michel Cousteau Ocean Future Society, Brown University and Cornell University.

Known for his extreme patience, Sven is an expert at making beginners feel comfortable when diving in the ocean for the first time. He introduced more than 1500 people to the wonderful world of diving as of today. "My biggest reward is the smile on the divers after the dive".
