Bio:
Wendy Laros, PADI Master Scuba
Diver Trainer #44431, has been a member of the Jack's Diving Locker
team since 1991. She has taught all levels of certification from
introductory to advanced and professional levels. She is also
certified to teach many specialties including her favorites:
Underwater Photography,
Underwater Naturalist
and Manta Ray Diver,
a distinctive specialty authored by her husband Keller
and only taught at Jack's Diving Locker. Wendy is co-author of
the Manta Rays of Kona, Hawaii a booklet that includes manta information
and an identification catalog. She is also President of Manta
Pacific Research Foundation, a 501 c (3) non-profit organization
dedicated to the study and conservation of manta rays (www.mantapacific.org).
Wendy is also an avid underwater videographer and always has a
camera in hand while diving. She is also Junior
Program Coordinator for Jack's Diving Locker and has created
summer and winter weeklong day camps for ages 8-18 along with
the Jack's Diving Locker Junior Dive Club. Wendy and Keller are
also proud parents of three adorable children.
