Bio: Born and raised in Southern California, Wayne graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 1972. He kept moving north, finally settling in Anchorage, Alaska. Wayne and his wife Judy were certified by JDL in 1987. Wayne became a PADI Instructor and started working at Jack's in 1997. For years he and Judy spent half the year in Alaska and the other half in Kona. But now they have made their home here and are in Kona to stay!
