MEMBERSHIP: For certified scuba divers (all levels) and snorkelers. Jack’s Diving Locker Dive Club is open to adults, teens, and families who live in Hawaii.  Annual membership dues $35 for 12 months. Family membership $70 for up to 4 family members.

REGISTRATION: All participants for Jack's Diving Locker Dive Club register at Jack's Diving Locker Town location.   Divers please bring certification card.   Divers will sign the Jack's Diving Locker certified diver waiver and PADI Standard Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding. Snorkelers will sign the Jack's Diving Locker snorkeler waiver.   Also, parent signatures required for participants less than 18 years old.

*STAND-BY RESERVATIONS: Jack's Diving Locker Dive Club members are eligible to go on regularly scheduled daily Jack's Diving Locker boat trips and only pay HALF PRICE with a stand-by
reservation. Stand-by reservations will now be confirmed by 8:00p.m. the night before the charter.

**RESERVED SPACE DIVE CARD: Jack's Diving Locker Dive Club members are eligible to purchase a special discount Dive Card for $750 (plus tax) which can be used for 10 reserved
spaces on our Classic 2-Tank morning dive trips. That’s a savings of $500! The card expires December 20, 2012. New cards will be available after January 5, 2012. Guests can upgrade to Advanced and Manta Night Dives by paying the difference listed on the card. There is no limit on the number of cards a single individual can buy. This offer is only available to current JDL Dive Club
members. Family members may purchase and use one card only if family members are registered in the Jack's Diving Locker Dive Club with a family membership.

BOAT CHARTERS: Dive Club Boat Charters are for Club Members.   Friends are welcome to come, but need to join the Dive Club to go on the boat charter.

• PADI Instructors and Divemasters are available to guide scuba divers.
• Adult buddy teams may conduct a self-guided tour while practicing safe recreational diving guidelines.
  
• Snorkelers welcome on boat charters, self-guided.
  
• Junior Snorkelers must be accompanied by an adult snorkeler.
  
• Junior Divers go with a professional guide. 
• Junior Divers ages 10-11 must be accompanied on the boat by a parent or guardian (diver or snorkeler).

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: Sign-ups taken for boat charters starting one month in advance (so new members have a chance to sign up, too.)   Cancellations made outside 48 hours, no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours, participant charged in full for space and stand-by pass will be issued.
