Full Tuition Scholarships available for Kid and Youth Programs at Jack's Diving Locker and The Nakoa Foundation!
Malama Kai Foundation has received a grant from Hawaii County COVID Relief Funds to provide scholarships for youth marine and ocean related classes. Scholarships include the full tuition of the program, plus meals and mask/snorkel/fins where appropriate. Scholarships are available for classes between September 7th and December 18th, or until funding is exhausted.
Jack's Diving Locker Programs for Kids and Youths
Jack's Diving Locker offers a variety of ocean based programs and camps for kids ages 6-18.

Kid's Seal Team Scuba Camp (5 day class and pool camp)
Kid's Master Seal Team Scuba Camp (5 day class, pool, and ocean camp. Prerequisite - Prior completion of Seal Team)
Youth Discover Scuba Diving Program (1/2 day pool experience)

The Nakoa Foundation Programs for Kids and Youths
The Nakoa Foundation is dedicated to promoting social tolerance and environmental responsibility through the perpetuation of cultural traditions and practices associated with the traditional Hawaiian canoe, or wa‘a. The activities and lessons offered by Nakoa Foundation include leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, Hawaiian language and culture, seamanship, navigation, knot-tying, and history of the rich sea-faring traditions of Hawaiian ancestors.
