Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training are indispensable skills that can make a significant difference in saving someone's life during an emergency. These skills are essential not only in diving and ocean activity but in a range of environments, including workplaces, homes, schools, and public spaces.

Our CPR, First Aid, and AED training classes are designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills they need to respond effectively in an emergency. We also offer group training at a discount if you have 6 or more participants. And if you want to focus on children – we can do that with a dedicated “Care for Children” class.

What is included in training?

The one-day training class covers a wide range of topics, including CPR for adults, children, and infants, first aid for injuries and illnesses, and how to use an AED. The training is led by experienced instructors who are certified by the Emergency First Response organization, and who have years of experience in emergency response instruction.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice their skills in hands-on simulations and will receive feedback and guidance from their instructors. Our training meets the requirements for OSHA, USCG, and other organizations, and participants will receive a certification card upon completion of the class.

The cost for our CPR, First Aid, and AED training class is $95 plus materials per person with a 3 person minimum. Private classes also available. Check out our website for more information.
