Underwater Videographer

Whitetip Reef Shark - Kona, Hawaii

The Kona coast of Hawaii is the perfect place to get the perfect footage for Facebook, YouTube, or your own home movies!  With colorful reef fish, interesting invertebrates, and a chance to see big animals, students will find the subject matter engaging and fun.  The Underwater Videographer Specialty course is taught by Jack’s Diving Locker pros, Jeff Leicher or Keller Laros.  With over 25,000 dives between them and most all with video cameras in hand, these instructors have a wealth of knowledge to share.  Learn the secrets to shot selection, lighting, and diving with a camera system.  This course will also cover basics such as camera handling and maintenance.  Recommendations for editing are offered.  Upon successful completion of this course, divers will earn the PADI Underwater Videographer specialty certification.
