Divemaster

The PADI Divemaster course is one of the most exciting programs available. It's your chance to become a diving professional!

Whether you just want added experience or are considering a career in diving, this class is for you! We offer one of the best programs available.

The first five days will give you a chance to demonstrate your proficiency as a diver and to expand your knowledge of the fundamentals of diving. During our hands-on internship, you will gain a wide variety of experience with both certified divers and students. You will be assisting Instructors in confined and open water training sessions. You will also have an in-depth opportunity to learn about boat & compressor operations. This will take approximately ten days.

COSTS: $800 plus tax
[Private class: $1,000]
(includes tanks & weights)

PREREQUISITES:

  • PADI Advanced Open Water (or qualifying Certification from another training organization)

  • Rescue Diver Certification (or qualifying Certification from another training organization)

  • Current EFR (CRP) and Secondary Care (first aid) (or qualifying CPR/First Aid training) within the last 24 months

  • 20 logged dives (60 prior to final certification)

  • Diving physical signed be a physician within the past year

  • Minimum Age: 18 years old
  • Current DAN Member Insurance or Equivalent

 

STUDENTS TO PROVIDE:

  • All dive gear

  • PADI Divemaster Crew-Pak (includes Divemaster manual, Encyclopedia of Recreational Diving, Diving Knowledge workbook  and Instructor Manual)

  • PADI Divemaster Video

  • PADI RDP Table and Instructor book

  • eRDPml

  • Recommeneded Reference Materials

  • PADI O/W, Adventures in diving and Rescue manuals for reference

TIME REQUIRED:
Varies with class size. (3 weeks minimum recommended)

DISCOUNTS: 15% off most regular priced merchandise during class 10% off regular priced merchandise after class; $5.00 off of dives or dive packages

CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 hours notice needed or full charge

**If there are any questions that have been answered YES on your Medical form, you need to get a medical release from us for your doctor to sign before starting class.**
