Night Diver

If You’re Like Most Divers, You’ll Find Night Diving Mysterious and Alluring.

You may be attracted to the added challenge that darkness brings, enjoy the vibrant colors provided by underwater lights, or discover the abundance of marine animals that only come out at night.  Here at Jack’s Diving Locker, we conduct this course on the world famous Kona Manta Ray Night Dive in Hawaii!  For these reasons and many more, we offer the PADI Night Diver Specialty course to certified Open Water Divers or as an upgrade for Advanced Open Water Divers who have completed a night training dive.  Upon successful completion of the course, students receive the PADI Night Diver Specialty certification and this will count toward the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating.

Master Scuba Diver Rating

The PADI Master Scuba Diver rating is the highest rating in non-professional recreational diving.  To achieve this rating you must complete the following certifications: Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver, and 5 PADI Specialty courses.  In addition, divers must have at least 50 logged dives.  When completing these requirements at Jack’s Diving Locker, recipients will have their names engraved on a plaque that is displayed in our shop to honor this achievement.
