There are many of us that still work every day of the week, (no summer breaks for us ), and finding something productive for our children to do during the day is important. 

Look no further, Jack’s is the place to be for summer marine life fun and conservation! 

Last issue we proudly announced our JDL Summer Camps 2022 schedule.  We are so excited to see our many returning campers and our new friends that are coming for the first time. 

Do you know what Sea Camp Hawaii is all about? 

Sea Camp Hawaii is a 6 camp series kids program developed and operated by Jack’s Diving Locker.  Children ages 8-12 spend 5 days each camp with PADI Instructors developing and honing their snorkeling skills, participating in beach cleanups, learning about an ocean animal(s) that matches with the theme of the weekly camp.   

Sea Camp Hawaii Themes: 

• Sea Turtles 
• Octopus & Invertebrates 
• Dolphins & Whales 
• Sharks & Rays 
• Islands & Coral Reefs 
• Eels & Reef Fish 

Have you heard about our Hawaii Marine Life Ambassador Award? 

Over the years, thousands of local and visiting kids have joined JDL in these fun and exciting camps.  A select few of our campers have had the joy of completing all 6 of the Sea Camp Hawaii sessions over the years!  When this accomplishment is met, they join the elite ranks of becoming a Jack’s Diving Locker Hawaii Marine Life Ambassador!   

Once achieved, the camper gets their name on our ambassador plaque that hangs in our town shop and receives a free Jacks Diving Locker Mask Strap.  

"The Marine Life Ambassador award is an honor to receive. I am grateful to Jack’s for working with myself and others to help protect marine life. The best part of earning the award was knowing we are one step closer to helping the ocean and marine life. It has influenced me to continue working with Jacks and other marine conservation programs to help the ocean and marine life in different ways. The most meaningful thing I have learned is that I can make a difference to all marine life. I cannot wait for this summer!!"

What Summer Camps are available for older kids? 

Have kids between 12 – 18 years old? We have programs for them as well. We offer certification camps, like PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue, and Ocean Guardian. These camps fill up quickly, so reach out to us and check availability as soon as possible. 

Jacks Summer Camps run between June 6th to Aug 5th, 2022.  

We challenge all kids to attend our summer camps and achieve their Marine Life Ambassador awards!
